Prerequisite

  • Service Excellence Program
    (In-house trainers are required to participate in the program they will deliver before receiving final accreditation as a Designated Trainer)

Day 1

  • Designated Trainer Program - Orientation
  • Adult learning principles
  • Learning style/trainer style inventory
  • Trainer guide review
  • Presentation prep-time (& homework!)

Day 2

  • Designated Training Program - Delivery
  • Techniques to handle difficult participants
  • 15 minute mini-module delivery
  • Feedback/evaluation

Session Details

  • Two full day sessions
