This program focuses on raising the level of volunteers’ customer service skills to provide the ultimate experience to those attending your special event. It helps to create a consistent service standard during a special event by providing your volunteers with the skills to enhance visitors’ experiences. It also encourages pride and professionalism among volunteers to make all visitors feel welcome.
