Hiring: CRM Research & Data Entry Assistant

POSITION: CRM Research & Data Entry (Short-term contract)
HOURLY WAGE: Minimum wage
REPORTS TO: Vice President of Client Solutions
STARTING DATE: Two month part-time contract
LOCATION: 21 Four Seasons Place, Suite 300, Etobicoke Ontario

We are looking for a CRM Research and Data Entry assistant to update and maintain information on our company databases and computer systems. The responsibilities include collecting and entering data in databases and maintaining accurate records of valuable company information. Our ideal candidate has essential CRM research and data entry skills, like fast typing with an eye for detail and the ability to stay focused on assigned tasks. Previous experience as a data entry clerk or similar position will be considered an advantage.


Responsibilities:
  • Compile and sort through information
  • Verifies entered customer and account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting or re-entering data
  • Compiling, verifying accuracy and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry
  • Research and obtain further information for incomplete customer fields
  • Keep information confidential
Requirements
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and CRM programs
  • Familiarity with administrative duties
  • Typing speed and accuracy
  • Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar and punctuation
  • Attention to detail
  • Confidentiality
  • Organization skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks
  • High school diploma
