An innovative approach to help Canadians gain the skills and training they need to fill available jobs

The Government of Canada recently announced the launch of the Canada-Ontario Job Grant (COJG). This grant allows employers to select the candidate they want to hire and submit the training they need to fill the available position for partial support from the federal and provincial governments.  The COJG will fund up to 2/3 of an employee's eligible training costs to a maximum of $10,000 per trainee.
