About the Program

OTEC has launched a regional tourism funded training project delivered by Tourism SkillsNet Ontario and in partnership with Resorts of Ontario and the Ontario Restaurant Hotel and Motel Association (ORHMA).The program will provide resorts, hotels and businesses in the Muskoka, Kawarthas, Napanee and Kenora regions access to subsidized training to improve employee productivity and engagement.

LX - Leadership Xelerator 2-Day Training

Designed to provide new, emerging and existing leaders with the latest theories, practices and tools to develop their leadership skills utilizing the most up-to-date leadership strategies.

Customer Service Training

Designed to elevate job performance in customer service and sales by focusing on productivity and efficiency, problem solving, effective communication and accountability and ownership.
