As the Product Manager, CareerAtlas, Anja manages the day-to-day development of CareerAtlas across internal OTEC teams, external vendors, critical partners, and end users. She plays a key role in ensuring the product remains aligned, within scope and meets the needs of the application’s diverse set of users. In support of OTEC’s growing suite of technology-based resources and applications, CareerAtlas represents a new promising technology asset for OTEC. It is designed to improve the access, experience, and fluidity of supports for jobseekers, employment service providers and employers.
Anja is a Digital Strategist with a passion for empathetic user designs and detailed customer lifecycle journeys that create products with seamless interactions, drive user engagement, and grow conversions.
Anja holds a Bachelor of Arts with a specialization in Media in the Public Interest from Western University and a post-graduate certificate in Digital Media Marketing from George Brown College. Most recently she completed her UX-PM Level 1, 2 & 3 Certifications – Adopting UX, Executing UX, Leading UX from the UX Alliance Institution.
