Christina Jones

As Client Services Coordinator, Christina works closely with the Business Development team and supports maintaining contract management methodologies, technology and processes to ensure quality and consistency. She works collaboratively on a team, and independently to assist with the timely execution of a portfolio of sector-based workforce development training contracts and projects, and brings a passion and a commitment to providing excellent customer service in the tourism and hospitality sector.

Christina comes to OTEC from the Royal Bank of Canada as a Licensed Insurance Advisor, where she provided complete, concise, and appropriate insurance advice to clients based on their needs and ensured they received superior customer service in a fast-paced inbound advice center. She brings in over 10 years of progressive experience in account management and business development with a successful track record of achieving targets in various industries including Toursim and Hospitality.

Christina holds a Master’s in Business Administration from Edith Cowan University, Australia, and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Rajagiri College of Management & Applied Sciences, India.
