At OTEC, Emma manages business development activities for OTEC’s valued customers. Managing client communications and promotional outreach, Emma handles client services for public sessions and client contracts and provides Senior Executive support. Emma’s strong customer service experience helps OTEC to maintain existing client relationships. Employing her solid communication skills to expand OTEC’s reach online contributes to OTEC’s growth and reputation.

Emma has over 8 years of customer service related experience in the retail and hospitality sectors. She holds a BA Honours degree in Professional Communications from Ryerson University and a minor in Public Relations and Entrepreneurship and Innovation. Emma was active on several associations at Ryerson University including Ted Rogers Students’ Society, Ryerson Communication and Design Society and the Human Resources Students’ Association.
