As the Senior Manager, Settlement Projects & Relationships, Grace is responsible for leading the IRCC-SDI project, where she collaborates with project partners and provides support throughout their settlement journey.
Grace is a project and relationship professional with more than 18 years of valuable community leadership, development, and strategic planning, along with a strong focus on community connections that align with the organization’s values and mission. She is passionate about forging new partnerships, maintaining solid business relationships, and utilizing her project management leadership skills that effectively oversee projects with diverse teams.
Prior to joining OTEC, Grace was responsible for developing, implementing, and coordinating all activities related to the Settlement and Newcomer Services at the Caledon Community Services. There, she had successfully opened a brand-new location that will assist Newcomers to Canada. Grace is currently in the process of completing her Bachelor of Art’s degree in Project Management from Yorkville University. She is a certified teacher in English as a Second/Foreign Language.
