As Manager, Project & Partnerships Development, Lissed manages the development and launch activities for OTEC’s workforce innovation projects. She contributes to policy analysis monitoring and reporting of project metrics to support quality assurance across multiple projects and optimize outcomes and efficiencies.
Lissed has extensive experience in marketing, project development and management for the private and the not-for profit sectors. She has developed and led sector-based programs that equip individuals for successful employment and has played key roles in program management, job development and facilitation of employment initiatives for newcomers, youth and women. Lissed has also forged partnerships with employment service providers and industry groups across Canada, which contributed to the successful implementation and achievements of capacity building programs in her portfolio.
She has also worked with multinationals as a senior executive in the consumer packaged goods and telecommunication industries, which widened and deepened her understanding of diverse industries, employers and job seekers.
Lissed holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications and is a certified Scrum Master.
