Mark Graves M. Div., M.Sc., CTDP

As the Training and eLearning Coordinator, Mark is responsible for the coordination and logistics of OTEC’s training sessions, both Instructor-Led Training (ILT) and Virtual Instructor-Led Training (vILT), liaising with facilitators/consultants and distributing training material for training delivery. Acting as OTEC’s Learning Management System (LMS) Champion, Mark supports the setup and monitoring of our LMS eCommerce processes.

Mark is a design, implementation, and training specialist, with a strong background in LMS applications and training facilitation. Mark has lived many careers including Pastor, starting two computer businesses, IT Manager, Project Manager and Implementation Manager. In 2017 after a long and fruitful corporate IT career he turned his sights to the Adult Learning and Development world.

Mark has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Brock University and two Masters degrees. He is a Certified Training and Development Professional (CTDP) and has multiple IT certifications.
