Mark will be responsible for leading OTEC’s evolving digital strategy. He will collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team, Workforce Solutions Team, and project managers to develop and implement a plan to enable technology to drive growth and revenue through scalable and sustainable technology solutions while ensuring effective and efficient IT operations. Mark is an IT leader with over 15 years of experience in leading design, implementation, and management of complex systems and technical solutions.
He is a skilled strategist, specializing in Systems Design, IT Governance, IT Infrastructure, and Cloud Technologies. Mark was responsible for overseeing and managing complex business systems and IT services, specializing in the delivery in maintenance of technologies for over 1500+ devices. Prior to that, Mark worked as a Manager of Information of Technology at SCM Insurance Services, where he provided IT Infrastructure and leadership for 20+ multi-discipline IT professionals.
Mark holds an Executive Masters of Business Administration from Aston University, as well as an Associate’s Certificate in Project Management from George Washington University. He has many ongoing professional developments including Microsoft Azure, Cisco, and Salesforce Certifications.
