As Training Coordinator, Natalie is responsible for training logistics coordination for OTEC training sessions, both Instructor-led and virtual Instructor-led; supporting LMS learners and coordinating LMS eLearning assets; liaising with OTEC teams on processing participant/organization training requests and coordinating facilitator schedules and contracts.
Natalie comes to OTEC from General Dynamics Information Technology as a Project Coordinator, where she designed and implemented a series of instructional programs dedicated to employee training and onboarding, and efficiently resolved and responded to client emergency requests. Natalie has experience consulting with multiple stakeholders in the smooth delivery of training, including providing online training support to learners.
Natalie holds a B.A. in Psychology and a minor in Sociology from Ryerson University.
