Philippe provides IT administration, application support and security management to OTEC. With a Customer Service mindset, he encourages the effective use of technology tools and resources by creating documentation & procedures and occasionally providing informal training to end-users.
Philippe comes to OTEC from IBM as Bilingual Technical Support Representative, where he answered inbound calls, tended to the service desk email inbox, and supported computers and their peripherals including banking-specific equipment. Philippe has experience managing user accounts, performing password resets, unlocking accounts, and assisting in onboarding new employees into the system.
Philippe holds a Diploma in Computer Programming from Algonquin College and a business diploma from Georgian College.
