As Training Coordinator, Raichel is responsible for training logistics coordination for OTEC training sessions, both Instructor-led and virtual Instructor-led; supporting LMS learners and coordinating LMS eLearning assets; liaising with OTEC teams on processing participant/organization training requests and coordinating facilitator schedules and contracts.
Raichel comes to OTEC from an academic institution as an Academic Coordinator, where she provided expertise and advice that supported the development and maintenance of good practices in teaching and learning. Raichel has experience developing and maintaining hybrid course materials and providing online training support for learners, including LMS and databases.
Raichel holds a Master’s degree in Applied Mathematics from SP University in India.
