Sarah Saso

As Interim Vice President, Workforce Projects & Partnerships, Sarah plays a lead role in ensuring consistent guidelines, standards, statistical and financial tracking for successful project outcomes and effective integration across all programs and services. She liaises with internal project leads and oversee the reporting of funded program results, ensuring outcomes meet and exceed funder contractual obligations.

Sarah joins OTEC with more than 15 years of leadership experience in complex, challenging corporate and non-profit settings. In her role at OTEC, Sarah will have the opportunity to build on the work she has done previously with Manulife Financial, Green Shield Canada, and the CNE Foundation around creating a positive social impact for vulnerable populations and workforce development. As a certified Corporate Social Responsibility Practitioner, and Community Investment Professional, Sarah has been a volunteer at several charitable organizations; she also held Board of Directors positions with many non-profits and associations.

Sarah holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Music, Theatre, Business Administration from the University of Toronto.
