As Salesforce Technical & Integration Lead, Vasuki supports efforts to reshape the way that OTEC connects with partners, providers and the communities that we support through salesforce.com and application integrations. Working closely with our Business Development, Community Liaison and Impact teams, Vasuki will be developing secure and innovative solutions to increase the value of salesforce within OTEC.
Vasuki comes to OTEC from Community Food Centers Canada as Information Technology Manager, where she led the development of a multi-year technology plan for the organization in collaboration with IT Taskforce. She brings experience in managing Salesforce instances for the company including development, maintenance, database management, Integration, user training and support. In addition, Vasuki maintained system security and ensured user policies corresponded to organization structure on desktop and cloud systems.
Vasuki holds a Master’s in Information Technology Management from the University of South Wales, the United Kingdom, and a BSc (Hons) in Information Technology with Business Information Systems from Middlesex University. She is also a certified Salesforce Administrator and Salesforce Platform App Builder.
