As Senior Marketing Manager, Victoria Littler oversees marketing strategy and implementation for OTEC, focused on Tourism Hospitality Emergency Response: A Plan for Workers and Workplaces (THER). Victoria is a senior marketing & communications professional with extensive experience in branding, marketing, sponsorship and advertising at top Canadian brands including Bell Canada and CIBC, senior roles at prominent Canadian advertising agencies and leadership positions in academia and non-profits. She has served as Vice-President Communications, Events & Corporate Relations at the ROM Governors (formerly known as the ROM Foundation), as Senior Director of Brand Marketing at CIBC and as Senior Marketing Officer at Ryerson University where she created a new and focused approach to sponsorship programs for the University leveraging their commitment with the Invictus Games, the Toronto Region Board of Trade, TED X Youth, and First Robotics.
Victoria is a lifelong learner with a love for marketing in all its forms, skilled in all aspects of the marketing mix and passionate about translating consumer insights into compelling marketing. She is a member of the Account Planning Group of Canada and holds sponsorship and Canadian marketing awards for her work on the CIBC Run for the Cure.
She is a graduate of Queen’s University with an Honours BA in History and holds a Master’s in Media & Communications from The London School of Economics and Political Science. Her Master’s dissertation was entitled “Cyber Persuasion: What Experts are Saying about Online Advertising“.
