OTEC and Social Research Demonstration Corporation (SRDC) in partnership with the Canadian Tourism Human Resources Council completed a 3 year national project to demonstrate the ROI of foundational skills training in the hotel workplace. The results from which have been summarized and presented in the Establishing the Business Case for Workplace Essential Skills Training: UPSKILL – A Pan-Canadian Demonstration Project webinar.
