As the SkillsAdvance Ontario (SAO) Contracts Manager, Daniel is responsible for developing and managing new and existing training delivery partnerships with employment service providers for the purpose of meeting project KPIs pertaining to service delivery of job seekers. Daniel supports with the planning, coordinating, executing, and monitoring of the onboarding process of new training delivery partners.
Daniel is an expert in program build and design, event management, and leading teams. Prior to joining OTEC, Daniel comes from Venture for Canada, where he led their National Admissions and Recruitment process. He was responsible for achieving ambitious team goals, where he oversaw successful recruitment efforts that resulted in over a 60% increase in applicants year over year. Daniel has experience building project plans and communications campaigns in the public sector.
Daniel has achieved his Bachelor of Arts Degree with a Major in English Literature, from the University of Roehampton in London. He has also achieved his Master’s Certificate in Designing Learning Experiences, which focuses on developing effective and engaging learning experiences for various stakeholders.
