Through this project, OTEC created a newcomer-specific configuration of the technology that serves pre-arrival and post-arrival newcomers: CareerAtlas Newcomer Pathways. This configuration of this CareerAtlas digital journey has provided an ideal pathways for newcomers within the Settlement services sector and can now be applied to other projects across other sectors in Canada.
