Service Excellence Licencing Agreements

Service Excellence for High Schools
Excellent and consistent customer service is the foundation of any successful career. OTEC’s dynamic, interactive and engaging Service Excellence workshop encourages students to go beyond basic customer service and empowers them to create memorable customer service experiences. This workshop can be delivered by one of OTEC’s master trainers virtually, or in person at your high school.
Emotional Intelligence
New developments and unprecedented levels of change can leave us feeling overwhelmed. Emotional Intelligence, also known as EQ, can help us to be more self-aware, understand how to lessen the impacts of our emotions and build better relationships – in both our personal and professional lives. This introduction to Emotional Intelligence workshop helps students to harness their EQ to navigate change and ambiguity better.
