As an accomplished General Counsel and strategic business advisor, Michele Kidd brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record of excellence to her role as a member of the Board of Directors.
Michele is a commercially focused leader with a unique blend of management experience and operational expertise. Her ability to effectively communicate and collaborate has enabled her to lead highly motivated legal teams, consistently delivering results that align with organizational goals.
Her extensive background in the construction, engineering, and design industries, gained through corporate counsel and private practice roles, equips her with a robust understanding of commercial and construction law. Her specialization includes complex commercial and infrastructure projects, employment, and a wide range of litigation and other claims matters.
Michele’s most recent role at Flynn Group of Companies is as Senior Vice President of Legal and General Counsel, Corporate Secretary, and Board Member. In this capacity, she leads the delivery of legal and risk management services across North America. Her strategic partnerships with various shared services departments, such as finance, IT, and health and safety, enable her to successfully navigate credit, insurance, regulatory, and audit matters.
