Workshops from OTEC’s Leadership Excellence series focuses on developing the skills of new, emerging and experienced managers and supervisors for success. The series is divided into two program streams; Leadership Excellence for relatively new or experienced supervisors and managers and Emerging Leaders Series for new or emerging supervisors and managers.

Leadership Excellence

An interactive and engaging 4-part leadership series that will equip new, emerging and existing leaders with theories, strategies and tools to develop their leadership skills. This series is offered in-person, virtually or via e-learning modules. Modules can be experienced as stand-alone topics or as as a series.

Through interactive exercises participants will learn how different communication styles (introvert, extrovert, process focus and people focus) influence their responses and reactions in day-to-day business situations.
