OTEC’s Leadership Excellence Training Series focuses on developing the skills of new, emerging and experienced managers and supervisors for success. Our training recognize the vital role managers and supervisors play in leading teams to perform successfully in the workplace.
Our Leadership Excellence Series consists of four courses, each focusing on a key area of leadership development: Communicating, Leading, Team Building & Coaching. The series is offered in full as a two-day workshop, or as standalone half-day courses.
