As OTEC’s Senior Manager, Tourism Workforce Partnerships, Kieran Wells oversees the activities within the Tourism SkillsNet Ontario alliance, with a focus on building and maintaining strategic partnerships, TSNO governance and membership engagement, tourism market intelligence and lead generation.
As a sales and marketing professional with over 15 years in the tourism and hospitality industry including with Hilton Hotels and Tourism Whistler, Kieran has successfully grown business from key international and domestic markets through extensive partnership building, product development, and training for the travel trade. In addition, Kieran’s extensive marketing experience includes creating effective customer engagement opportunities, training development and execution, event management, content, and sales enablement strategy. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Queen’s University.
Kieran’s passion for the tourism industry forms the foundation of her work with OTEC’s stakeholders and partners, facilitating collaborative and results-driven discussions that ensure needs are being met at the local and provincial level.
