As you may have heard – we’re excited to unveil and share with you the new Tourism SkillsNet Ontario logo and branded assets!
Over the past 5 years, Tourism SkillsNet Ontario has continued to evolve and grow. With that growth, we’ve identified a need to refresh the TSNO brand and identity to better reflect what we care about: helping advance the tourism and hospitality sector and maximizing its economic and community impact by fostering a sustainable and resilient workforce.
Firstly, it’s not change for the sake of change. That said, change is inevitable, and as we navigate the dynamic landscape of the sector, it’s essential to adapt and innovate.
Our new TSNO logo reflects a stronger connection to our leading organization and facilitator, OTEC, and our shared commitment to advancing the industry. It also reflects our values of community, diversity and inclusion, empowerment and innovation. The simplified design of the logo embodies the notion of alliance and unity, with the TSNO chevron symbolizing the collective strength of our members.
It’s still us. We’re still Tourism SkillsNet Ontario. But more consistent and, we hope, more recognizable. Over the next few months, as we transition into this refreshed brand, you’ll see the TSNO logo featured on its own and at times alongside OTEC, reinforcing our commitment to the future of the tourism and hospitality industry. Our in-house team worked with Lytton Communications to create a more cohesive visual identity including the new logo and supporting TSNO assets, such as a member badge, info sheet, images, banners, and PowerPoint template.
Overall, this update isn’t about changing who we are. It’s about becoming more who we are and better reflecting our values.
