Kelly Brintnell

In OTEC’s newly created Industry and Community Liaison role, Kelly Brintnell provides support, assistance and industry information to the Eastern Ontario Region Regional Working Groups, focusing on the many diverse projects being led under the Tourism Skillsnet Ontario (TSNO) framework.

Kelly’s career in sales and customer service industries has focused on interacting with corporate, government, tourism, conference and trade sectors. Most recently, Kelly worked with Queen’s University and prior, with Tourism Kingston where she managed the Meetings & Conferences and Travel Trade portfolios. With her background in hotel sales as well as her trade of hairstyling and makeup artistry, Kelly has a wide range of networks and connections within the Eastern Ontario region.

Kelly specializes in all aspects of people management including communication, stakeholder relations and strategic partnership development. She is dedicated to facilitating meaningful working groups and exploring new regions to grow OTEC’s reach. She describes herself as bringing an attitude of collaboration and positivity to everyone she meets including colleagues, clients and partners. Her passions include volunteering with local organizations that give back to the community and maintaining her network of professional and social contacts.
